Open Houses
Open Houses for the 2010-11 academic year will take place Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010 from 7-8:30 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 14 from Noon-1:30 p.m. Junior high young women and their families are invited to learn about Peace's rigorous college prep program, more than 40 co-curricular activities and clubs, nine sports, hi-tech wireless campus, 1:1 laptop program and Interactive Videoconferencing Center. You will meet current Peace students, teachers, administrators and coaches while also receiving information about our curriculum, activities/sports, scholarships/financial aid and the admissions process. FUN Nights
Peace FUN Nights are held in the fall and spring for grammar school young women in grades 5-8 who wish to exlore interests in art, dance, drama and sports. FUN Nights for the 2010-11 academic year will take place on Nov. 5, 2010 from 6-8 p.m. and March 4, 2011.
Sneak Preview/Shadow Days
Sneak Preview Days are held four times each year and provide grammar school young women the chance to meet many current and prospectve students while participating in a large-scale visit day. Sneak Preview dates for the 2010-11 academic year: Oct. 8, 2010, Oct. 11, 2010, Nov. 5, 2010 and Nov. 8, 2010.
Shadow Days begin in September and run through the second week in May for grammar school young women who wish to be paired with a Peace student who shares similar interests.
- Students who wish to visit for a Sneak Preview or Shadow Day must register online two school days prior to the requested day to ensure a reservation. Peace must be in session for a request to be granted. Sneak Preview/Shadow Days begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 2:15 p.m. (with the exception of Oct. 11, 2010 which ends at 3 p.m.). Lunch will be provided. All students must wear school appropriate attire and submit a permission slip signed by a parent/guardian.
Personal Tour Nights
A Peace Personal Tour Night affords each family the opportunity to meet current Peace students while taking a mini-guided tour of the school and campus. Members of the administration, financial aid and tuition office and co-curricular clubs will be available for additional question and answer sessions. Personal Tour Nights for the 2010-11 academic year will take place on Dec. 9, 2010 from 6-7:30 p.m. and Jan. 5, 2011 from 6-7:30 p.m.
