Transcript Info
If you wish to have your official transcript sent to a college or university, you will need to send the following information in writing to Queen of Peace: name, name when you attended Queen of Peace, your year of graduation, a release in writing with your signature, and a $5 fee. Your transcript will be sent within ten days. If you have any questions, call 708.458.7600, ext. 262.
