What they Said ...

Athletic Director Darlene Graf:
"The progress made in women's sports over the last 36 years has been truly amazing. Many of the women being honored were direct beneficiaries of the opportunities that resulted from the advances during that time. When you read or hear about these inductees, you will realize the role that their experiences at Peace, as students and as athletes, contributed to their successes not just in high school, but in their futures as well."

Linda Lucchetti Vivona (1995 Volleyball head coach): "This is a wonderful event. (Athletic Director) Dar Graf has spent many hours contacting people. I'm happy to see so many girls here, and it's wonderful to see the success they achieved athletically and in life. I still feel connected to the school, and I feel blessed to have been part of the staff at Peace. I always feel welcome here."

Tom Naughton (Peace coach since 1990): "You can't win if you don't have a cohesive group. There were never any divisions (on my teams) and I stressed unity, funadamentals and the opportunity to always improve."
- During his 19-year coaching career at Peace, Tom has coached more than 100 student-athletes who have continued their athletic careers in college. During that time, he has stressed academics and team camaraderie.

Megan Smith (three-year Varsity Softball captain and now the Athletic Director and head women's Softball coach at Robert Morris University): "The Athletic Hall of Fame was a good chance to reconnect with alum and also see school spirit. It was an honor and very inspiring to hear the stories of each woman. We were all in the same starting place, and we now have different successes."
