Why Giving is Important
Peace students received over $317,000 in financial aid this year. Of that, Queen of Peace granted over $212,400 in direct tuition assistance to 191 students and was able to assist an additional 43 students by partnering with outside sources. With an increase in students who need our help, we must provide more substantial academic scholarship and financial-aid assistance.

The purpose of the April 11, 2008 Mazzuchelli Scholarship Benefit was to provide assistance to students and their families who experience financial hardship. Our most needy students are those whose families experience divorces, deaths, or catastrophic illnesss. Supported by single-parents and even grandparents, many Peace girls are forced to quit or forego a Peace education altogether.
