Peace Students Take Well Deserved Bow

Burbank, IL – December 17, 2007 – On Dec. 13, Queen of Peace High School inducted several Peace Theatre Company Players into the International Thespian Society for their exemplary work in theatre. The society is a division of the Educational Theatre Association and the honorary theatre organization for students in high school and middle school. The ITS offers varied performance venue options, college audition opportunities, and formal awards and scholarships. Since 1929, more than two million students, schools, and educators have benefited from ITS membership.

Two seniors were also honored for their continued support of Queen of Peace Theatre Company activities, especially senior Sarah Geinosky for representing Peace in the All State production of Parade as crew.
